The Alfond Collection of Contemporary Art speaks to the value of a liberal arts education, says Barbara Alfond, who established the collection with her husband. The couple worked with independent Boston-based curator Abigail Ross Goodman to build the collection, which comprises more than 100 contemporary works of art. Ahoy was commissioned to design the collection’s three catalogues, 180 page hardcover books with translucent inserts, which express Ms. Alfond’s personal views of selected works.
